(please scroll to the bottom of this page for my policy)

If you have had previous PMU done to your eyebrows, I do require your pictures texted or emailed to me before booking!

No more than 1 guest is allowed to come with you to your appointment.

What is the difference between nano brows and microblading?

The biggest and most important difference is HOW the hair strokes are created. Nano brows are created with a digital machine and an ultra fine needle that implants pigment into the skin in tiny hair-like strokes. Microblading uses a manual handheld blade made of tiny needles that physically cuts strokes into the skin and deposits pigment. I no longer offer microblading, as I feel that nano machine brows are a far more superior approach and technique for my clients. It’s 100x’s more difficult and takes 3x’s the amount of time, but it’s worth it. My clients are worth it.

I've had my brows done before by another artist, can you touch them up for me?

I REQUIRE THAT ANYONE WHO HAS HAD THEIR BROWS TATTOOED PREVIOUSLY BY ANOTHER ARTIST TEXT ME A PICTURE BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. THIS WAY WE CAN DISCUSS PRICE, YOUR OPTIONS AND WHETHER OR NOT YOU NEED REMOVAL PRIOR TO GETTING YOUR BROWS DONE.

ANY CLIENT COMING TO ME FROM A DIFFERENT ARTIST IS CONSIDERED A NEW CLIENT, AT A NEW CLIENT PRICE.

Sorry this is in all caps! haha i’m not yelling, I just feel very passionately about this!!

What is the aftercare protocol?

It is imperative and crucial to the final healed results to follow the aftercare protocol strictly.

*wash brows morning and night for 10 days with a gentle cleanser (cetaphil, dove, dial, cerave, etc)

*apply rice size of ointment to brows (don’t over do it) 1-2 times per day

*besides morning and night cleansing routine, when you rinse off soap, you may not under any circumstance, get your brows wet. Keep your brows dry for 10 days. That means, no sweating, swimming, hot tubs, sauna, ocean water, etc. take extra care when showering to not get excessively wet or moist.

*Do not pick or scratch scabs. If they come off prematurely, the pigment comes out with it.

*No makeup, lotion, sunscreen, skincare directly on brows for 10 days.

*No direct sun exposure for 2 weeks

*Avoid skin care with skin brightening/lightening/exfoliating agents on them. this includes any acids, retinoids, etc.

What brow technique is best for me?

The best technique depends on your skin type, lifestyle, existing brow hair, and desired outcome. During your consultation, we’ll choose the option that will heal and age best for you

Can I workout after my appointment?

It’s recommended to avoid excessive sweating, swimming, and saunas during the initial healing period.

Does the procedure hurt?

I would say 99.9% of my clients have tolerated the service well. Stating that pain/discomfort is a 2 or 3 on the pain scale. Once the skin is broken, I numb the area to ensure that you are comfortable throughout the entire process.

What can I expect after the appointment?

In the hours following your procedure, your brows will appear much darker and bolder than it will actually heal, due to the oxidation in the surface layer of the skin. Your brows could also appear warmer in color. You may experience redness, swelling around the treated area. This typically subsides or disappears completely within 48 hours.

AROUND DAY 3 YOU MAY NOTICE SOME FLAKING OR LIGHT SCABBING ON THE TREATED AREA, DO NOT PICK AT IT, DOING SO CAN RESULT IN LOSS OF PIGMENT IN THOSE AREAS. BROWS MAY APPEAR SPOTTY OR PATCHY UNTIL THE ENTIRE BROW HAS FINISHED HEALING. YOU MAY NOTICE THAT SOME AREAS MAY APPEAR VERY LIGHT OR EVEN TO HAVE LOST PIGMENT ENTIRELY AFTER THEY HAVE PEELED, THE EPIDERMIS WILL BE THICKER CAUSING MUTING, HIDING OR DIFFUSING OF PIGMENT UNDERNEATH. THE EPIDERMIS WILL NORMALIZE OVER THE NEXT 4-6 WEEKS AND SOFTENED PIGMENT SHOULD APPEAR MORE CLEARLY ON SURFACE OF THE SKIN.

AT 4-6 WEEKS YOUR BROWS WILL BE FULLY HEALED. WHATEVER PIGMENT THAT DOES NOT RETURN WILL BE ADDRESSED AT YOUR TOUCH UP APPOINTMENT. But remember it’s always best to err on the lighter side, rather than going too bold!

Do I need a consultation?

Absolutely, I know that this can be SO nerve racking. I’m here to help guide you!! Youn can message me on instagram, text me, or email me to set up a consultation. However, if you have a specific question or concern, you are welcome to email/text me. I book enough time to discuss your needs/wants/vision at the initial appointment. If you are in need of correction work or have had your brows tattooed elsewhere, you will need to text/email me pictures of your brows before booking. If you show up to an appointment without prior authorization that I can go over your previous work, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

You CANNOT receive PMU if you are:

Currently using accutane or have used accutane within the past 6 months

On antibiotics

Have a freshly tanned/sunburned face

Are on blood thinners

Have rosacea

Are currently undergoing cancer treatment (must be off radiation/chemo for 6 months)

still using skincare containing retinol/tretinoin- you must discontinue use 2 weeks prior to appointment

have had a botox appointment within the last 2 weeks

What are my forms of payment?

I accept any form of payment, however Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo are all preferred. Credit cards are accepted, but a 3% fee will be incurred.

What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

Please contact me within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations. You will be charged a reservation fee of 20% of the total cost of the appointment for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. If you do need to reschedule, I only allow 1 appointment reschedule, after that one reschedule, it will be a $50 fee to re-book you. I will no longer book you for any further appointments if you cancel/reschedule more than the two times. Please understand that I arrange for childcare and my entire day/week/month is scheduled and arranged around each individual appointment that is made. I know things come up, but it is terribly inconvenient for me to continue booking clients who have a habit of rescheduling/canceling. Thank you for understanding.

No shows will be required to pay a whole appointment fee of the cost of the procedure before they are able to book another appointment… Bottom line. I do not tolerate no shows. It is incredibly rude and frustrating, considering how much time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into getting ready for your appointment. Thank you so much for respecting this!
